Decorating

Virtually any method can be decorated one way or another. Depending on the artwork and the merchandise to be decorated, there is a variety of enhancement methods that can be used. Please contact us and discuss the methods suitable for you or the merchandise of interest to you. Here are some methods of decorating that are available:

Embroidery

Embroidery is a stitching process that can be used on apparel including shirts, jackets, jumpers, caps, beanies, scarves, towels, bags and pants. The artwork being reproduced is digitised using embroidery software that calculates the stitches in the design and the threads and colours required. A wide range of threads are available to match almost any colour, shade or application required. Embroidery is a great option to create strong and lasting impressions.

Graphic Design

Our Art House team can design and develop artwork for all occasions. If you have an idea or are in need of a new design, we can assist with all your artwork and design requirements. Feel free to contact us and discuss your ideas.

Laser Engraving

Laser engraving is commonly used for decorating metal products and can also be used on certain materials. Laser engraving is permanent and lasts for the life of the product. The ability to engrave variable information such as individual names or sequential numbering is one of the great advantages of using this technique.

Pad Printing

Pad Printing is a process where a silicone pad is used to lift an image from a printer plate after it has been inked then transferring the image to surface at hand. Pad printing is most suited to rigid surfaces such as plastic, wood and metal, yet some products such as stress balls are ideal. There are some restrictions on how large the image can be depending on the product. Items traditionally pad printed include pens, key rings, mugs and smaller items.

Product development

Certain types of products can be made specially to your requirements, e.g. shirts, jackets, jumpers, caps. Contact us for a friendly discussion and we can advise of the products that can be made specifically for you.

Screen Printing

Using the latest techniques in screen printing technology up to 16 colours, there are various options available to facilitate your needs. Some methods that can be used through screen printing include:
Discharge Ink (New), Foils, Gel, Glitter, Puffs, Soft Hand Feel Plastisol

Sublimation

The process involves transferring a photo or picture from a sheet and applying it to an object such as a 100% polyester shirt, coffee mugs, mouse mats, and jerseys! It is ideal for creating a unique look where the area of sublimation can be large.

Transfers

Transfer is a process of applying a heat transfer or sticker to items such as shirts, bags, caps, etc. It can be used on surfaces that are rough and is particularly handy for surfaces where screen printing can not produce effectively. Transfer can offer finer details and 4 colour process is available for this technique.
